Your secret place in Munich is...

Olympiapark.

Built for the 1972 Olympic Games, the Olympic Complex is now used for a variety of recreational activities ranging from sports to concerts. The 287-meter-high Olympic Tower offers a commanding view of the city.

If the weather is nice, you can see as far as the Alps from the top, and you will also find a revolving restaurant. The famous canopy roof, which covers the entire Olympic Stadium, the Olympic Pool and the Olympiahalle, was really controversial when it was built.

However, it is timelessly beautiful and has become an integral part of the city's modern landscape. The Olympiaberg (Olympic Hill) is a grassy knoll made from World War II garbage and offers a unique view. The ice rink and swimming pool are also popular with sports enthusiasts, as is the Olympic Stadium, which is home to the FC Bayern Munich soccer team, one of the most famous teams in all of Europe.

Transit Rooftop & Bar.

Chill, urban and casual terrace in a unique setting.

Located in Werksviertel-Mitte near Ostbahnhof, a district created for creativity, music, art, entertainment, food, drink and dance, Transit Rooftop & Bar is part of Container Collective, and is a rooftop bar on top of a former shipping container.

Transformed from BAR of BEL AIR to Transit Rooftop & Bar during 2021, this is a bar, an urban open-air beer garden and a laid-back, hip, casual rooftop club. And although the creative terrace is only situated one floor above ground, what it lacks in views, it makes up for in atmosphere.

Open during the warmer months, Transit Rooftop & Bar invites you to enjoy many highlights, such as street food festivals, electronic dance events, after work events and relaxed evenings at the bar.

Whether for cold beers or vibrant events, the Transit is destined to create memorable summer experiences in Munich.
