You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.
IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- I have received the order in poor condition
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to return it
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that items arrive at Snow Passport in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.
*When the item is personalized, we will not be able to refund the amount.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Write us an email atinfo@mytravelpassport.eunotifying you of your intention to exchange or return any item and we will tell you how to proceed. Typically, the process is as follows:
Request the exchange or return by email toinfo@mytravelpassport.euin a period not exceeding 30 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue improving, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request an exchange, you must tell us the model for which you wish to make the change.
