My first order got misplaced by the courier, but the team managed to send me a new one via DHL and it arrived fast and smooth. The product is really good and in excellent quality. I am very happy to say that. When I realised the first delivery is not going to happen I wanted to get a refund, but I did not, and I am glad about it because the product is super cool. The customer service was really good, they took care everything and managed the service. Highly recommend. Its looks pricey but once you get it its worth. Make sure to get with the uv light. Cheers

Infelizmente já comprei dois passaportes mundiais e falta sempre uma informação, no primeiro faltou a foto, quando estava a personalizar não deu nenhum erro, quando chegou é que vi que não vinha a foto. Agora que comprei de novo, a foto veio mas não veio o texto viajar significa. Perfeito em tudo o resto mas desilude na personalização
